Confiquora ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors of this website and to prospective clients who contact us through it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit the consultation form, we collect your name, email address, company name, and any message you include. If you contact us by email, WhatsApp, or Calendly, we receive the information you choose to share through those channels.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and operational purposes.
- Local storage. This website stores small amounts of data in your browser's local storage strictly for site functionality (for example, content preview drafts). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and schedule consultations.
- To provide, operate, and improve our consulting services.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
Legal basis (EU/EEA visitors)
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we process your personal data on the basis of: (a) your consent, when you submit a form; (b) legitimate interest, in responding to business enquiries; and (c) performance of a contract, where we enter an engagement with you.
Third-party services
This website links to or integrates the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy: form processing (if enabled), Calendly (scheduling), WhatsApp (messaging), and Vercel (hosting). We encourage you to review their policies before using those services.
Data retention
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement, or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at connect@confiquora.com. EU/EEA residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
